Sometimes estate security requires a combination of both security officers who will also double up as caretakers, taking away all the little niggling but nevertheless important problems that residents face concerning their flats or apartments from time to time. At Kingdom Security Services Ltd, we have personnel to take care of your estate and its residents problems in a most professionally and friendly manner. The issues we deal with vary from one estate to the other and before we take on an assignment, tailor made working procedures are drawn between the client and ourselves to ensure residents live in a peaceful, safe and clean environment. Below is a by no means exhaustive list of duties that we normally and will carry out at your estate:
- Let visitors in and out of the block and control access.
- Regularly view and maintain CCTV, surveillance equipment, contacting the police when they see any vandalism, theft or anti-social behaviour.
- Report needed repairs in communal sections of the estate.
- Report need repairs and on behalf of residents.
- Put emergency procedure in place if there is a fire or a flood, or if a lift breaks down.
- Work with other sections and agencies such as tradesmen, cleaners and the police.
- Record all incidents in the logbook, including visits by contractors, visitors admitted and repairs reported.
- Carry out customer-care checks after repairs have been carried out.
