Quality Assurance & Quality Policy
It is the policy of Kingdom Security Services Ltd to operate in accordance with our internal quality management system and current business plan.
We operate in compliance with all current employment legislation working time directive health and safety, BS 7499 (Codes of Practice for Manned Guarding) and BS 7858 (security screening).
Personnel working for Kingdom Security Services Limited are made aware of their responsibilities and contributions to the business plan and quality management system and are committed to achieving client satisfaction.
Training and development of staff is seen as fundamental to the success of our business. Personnel receive detailed induction training, during which this policy is communicated to them via written copy and additional training opportunities for further skill development is made available. The personnel's understanding of this policy will be verified during internal audits and training reviews.
It is our aim to allow all individuals to realize their full potential, enhance their work experience and improve the quality of service to our clients.
Critical success factors and measurable quality objectives have been identified within all core areas of the organisation and are confirmed in the documented business plan
We are committed to continual improvement and by carrying out internal audits, supervisory inspections and client satisfaction surveys, we will identify areas of non conformance, monitor and measure corrective actions appropriate to improving the service to the client and improving our business.
The Managing Director takes full responsibility for all aspects of quality including client, service and internal issues. This policy is reviewed every 12 months to ensure it remains appropriate to the needs of our business.

Health and Safety Policy
We at Kingdom Security Services Limited recognise our duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the accompanying protective legislation. We will endeavour to meet the requirements of this legislation so as to ensure that we maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Our managers and supervisory staff are informed of their responsibilities to ensure they take all reasonable precautions, to ensure the safety, health and welfare of those that are likely to be affected by our undertaking.
Kingdom Security Services Limited recognises so far as is reasonably practicable the duty to ensure the following:
- To provide and maintain a safe place of work, Safe Systems of Work, safe equipment and healthy and safe working environment.
- To ensure that hazards are identified and regular assessments of risks are undertaken.
- To provide information, instruction and training as is necessary to ensure employees and others are assured of a safe and healthy working environment.
- To ensure we are taking the appropriate protective and preventative measures.
- To ensure that we have access to competent advice and are able to secure compliance with our statutory duties.
In order that we can achieve our objectives, and ensure our employees recognise their duties under healthy and safety legislation whilst at work, we must ensure that we inform them of their duty to take reasonable care of themselves and others that may be affected by their activities. We ensure our employees are informed of their obligations to ensure they co-operate with management and adhere with Kingdom Security Services Ltd safety rules which are provided within the Employee Safety Handbook.
Further, we, the management and site staff, promise to co-operate with the Healthy and safety procedures in place on all client's sites.
The Managing Director has the overall responsibility for all Health and Safety issues.
