Estate Concierge Services
Sometimes estate security requires a combination of
both security officers who will also double up as
caretakers, taking away all the little niggling but
nevertheless important problems that residents face
concerning their flats or apartments from time to
time. At Kingdom Security Services Ltd, we have
personnel to take care of your estate and its
residents problems in a most professionally and

access.
• Regularly view and maintain CCTV, surveillance
equipment, contacting the police when they see any
vandalism, theft or anti-social behaviour.
• Report needed repairs in communal sections of the
estate
• Report need repairs and on behalf of residents.
• Put emergency procedure in place if there is a
fire or a flood, or if a lift breaks down.
• Work with other sections and agencies such as
tradesmen, cleaners and the police.
• Record all incidents in the logbook, including
visits by contractors, visitors admitted and repairs
reported.
• Carry out customer-care checks after repairs have
been carried out.

Mobile Patrols
If you think your property does not need a
permanently stationed guard to secure it but needs
to be checked from time to time to ensure all is ok,
then we are the people you need. We will assign one
of our many officers in vehicles on mobile patrols
to visit the site at an agreed time of day and
frequency. The officer will take the appropriate
action like for example call the police if intruders
are found or there has been an attempted break-in or
contact the emergency services if there has been
fire or flooding thereby preventing further damage
or losses from the property.

Office Security
It is possible that what you need is a smart, well
presented trained security professional officer to
patrol your office building after all your employees
have left for the day or be at the reception area
for 24 hours. The latter would ensure for example
